Sizing & Fit

- Please send us your measurements and your usual size.

Payments
- We accept PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- If you're using PayPal, please ensure you have sufficient funds in your account to avoid delays or cancellations to your order.
- If you have a problem making a payment on our website, then please contact our Customer Services team immediately using the contact form below.
Shipping

- We provide Standard Shipping, Economy Express Shipping, and Priority Express Shipping options.
- Under normal circumstances, we require 1-3 working days to fulfil an order, 5-10 working days for Standard Shipping, 3-5 working days for Economy Express Shipping, or 1-3 working days for Priority Express Shipping (guidelines provided by our delivery partners).
- Please note that delivery times may be longer or shorter than thos stated above. On the rare occasions when delivery delays occur, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding, as delivery delays are out of our control. Rest assured, we will do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered to you.
- You will be sent an order confirmation email once you've placed your order and a parcel tracking email when your order has been dispatched.
- We ship from Hong Kong and the delivery times stated above reflect this fact.

Order Changes
- If you need a change of shipping address, a change of a product's size or color, or to add or remove a product from your order, then please contact our Customer Services team within 24 hours of placing your order, using the contact form below or email us at hello@jbubs.com.
- The sooner you contact us, the less chance there will be a delay to your order.
- Requests made after the 24-hour window cannot be processed.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of your order being placed. Please contact our Customer Services team within 24 hours of placing your order, using the contact form below or email us at hello@jbubs.com.

Returns
- We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days from the date you received your parcel.

Refunds
- We either refund to your original payment method or by store credit under our Returns Policy.

- For returns from orders qualifying for free delivery, the refund will be less the original shipping fee that would have been charged if your order did not qualify for free delivery - if your order less the returned items does not qualify for free delivery.
