Return Policy

We're here to make returns as easy as possible, so please take your time to read our return policy outlined below. Once you have been given return authorization from our Customer Services team, you can send your return to our US warehouse if you're a US customer, or to our Hong Kong warehouse if you're not a US customer. 

Full-Priced Items

  • Full-priced items are eligible for return, within 30 days of you receiving them, for a refund to your original payment method.
  • Please note that the original shipping fee will not be refunded to your original payment method and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee.
  • You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee to our warehouse.
  • Please note that we have a strict policy of no returns or exchanges on any body-piercing jewelry, including earrings. This policy ensures peace of mind to you as our customer and is in the interest of hygiene for all of our customers.

Discounted Items

Items discounted by 25% or more

  • Items discounted by 25% or more are eligible for return and refund by store credit only.
  • Items discounted by 25% or more are not eligible for return and refund to your original payment method.
  • You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee to our warehouse.

Items discounted by 40% or more

  • Items discounted by 40% or more strictly cannot be returned.
  • Items purchased from our clearance sales, warehouse sales and other promotions allowing a discount of 40% or more cannot be returned.
