Please note that all orders will be processed in the order they are received. You will receive a shipping confirmation email, with the tracking information, once your order has been dispatched.
We ship from Hong Kong and the following delivery times are provided by our delivery partners.
Standard Shipping - Delivery time is estimated to be 5-10 working days. Standard Shipping costs $9.99 but is free for orders over $60.
Economy Express Shipping - Delivery time is estimated to be 3-5 working days. Economy Express Shipping costs $19.99 but is free for orders over $80.
Priority Express Shipping - Delivery time is estimated to be 1-3 working days. Priority Express Shipping costs $29.99 but is free for orders over $120.
On average, we require 1-3 working days to fulfil your order. Rest-assured, we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible.
If one of your items was purchased on back-order, we will ship your order once all the items become available.
IMPORT FEES, DUTIES & TAXES
There are no import fees, duties or taxes payable for our US customers.
For other countries, our shipping fees do not cover import fees, duties or taxes levied by customs and/or border control agencies, and are payable by the recipient before the parcel can be delivered.
We provide a 15% discount code, CAN15, for our Canadian customers to cover the cost of import fees, duties or taxes. This discount code cannot be used with other discount codes. If the discount code doesn't work for you, please leave us a message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
You will receive a shipping confirmation email, once our workshop has dispatched your order, which will include your parcel's tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please note that it may take 1-3 working days for the tracking information to show or update. If you can't track your parcel after 3 working days, then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. On rare occasions, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order.
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping details for your order. If an incorrect address and/or contact details are provided, you may contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to change them.
If you fail to provide the correct shipping details, and your order is dispatched, it is likely your parcel will be returned to us. If this happens, please allow sufficient time for the parcel to arrive at our workshop and we will arrange for another delivery to your correct address (additional shipping charges apply).
DELIVERED NOT RECEIVED
All of our parcels are dispatched with tracking. In addition, Economy Express and Priority Express shipping require a signature on delivery. In any case, if a parcel is confirmed as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the relevant courier, quote your tracking number and inform them of the situation. At the same time, please let us know by emailing email@example.com and we will liaise with the courier to locate your parcel. Please note that J.Bubs is not responsible for parcels that are delivered but not received.
If you have lost parcels or had them stolen in the past, we strongly recommend having your parcel delivered to an alternative address, such as a work address, to ensure that you receive it securely.

We do not offer return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping if a return is requested. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information.
